UTILIMATE Storage Bags, LLC is a San Diego, CA based company. Our company was formed to support a patent pending storage solution product line - a unique, innovative concept designed to help organize your business as well as your personal life.  

Just when you thought you ran out of room, this new alternative way of storing enables you to keep your items well organized without utilizing a lot of that precious space. Our rapid zipper design allows you to have easy access at any time while keeping your gear safe and sound.

Shipping Information:
We normally ship orders within 1-4 BUSINESS days from the time the order is placed. If we have the products in our physical location we will always try to ship out the same day. Weekend orders will not be processed until Monday. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail or phone.

Note: If you are choosing 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day shipping, these shipping rates take effect once the order is shipped (usually within 1-4 business days). If you need the products immediately, please call for availability.

FREE SHIPPING: Items that state free shipping or shipping included - This applies to the USA 48 states (Hawaii and Alaska not included). There will never be free shipping on international orders.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to be satisfied. Our return policy works like this: Return the products or accessories within 30 days of invoice. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging and re-sellable. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Some items may require a re-stocking fee. Please contact us if an item needs to be returned.

Product Warning Information:
This product supports a maximum weight of 10lbs/4.5kg when goods are evenly distributed. Do not overload or overstuff. Zipper must be in the closed position when goods are stored. If any part of this product shows signs of wear, do not use. Caution should be taken when fastening or releasing product. Protective eyewear should be worn. Hooks must be securely fastened. Do not stretch shock cord ends beyond 20% of its un-stretched length. Keep product out of reach of children. Motorized vehicles should be shut down or powered off prior to utilizing product. Operable doors, machinery or any other type of equipment should be placed in the locked position or disengaged from its operation prior to use of product. Failure to comply can result in serious injury, death or property damage.
